CentroFan Creator Terms / Creator Agreement

Creators must agree to these Creator Terms before they can submit a creator verification request, upload content, sell content, or receive payouts on CentroFan.

These Creator Terms form part of the CentroFan Terms and Conditions and apply to all users who apply for, hold, or use a creator/content provider account on CentroFan.

By applying to become a creator, uploading content, selling access to content, receiving payments, or otherwise using CentroFan as a creator, you agree to these Creator Terms.

1. Creator Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to apply for and use a creator account on CentroFan.

You must provide accurate, truthful and complete information during registration and verification. You must not create a creator account on behalf of another person, impersonate another person, or provide false identity information.

CentroFan may refuse, suspend, restrict or remove creator access at any time if we believe a creator has breached these Creator Terms, our Terms and Conditions, our Acceptable Use Policy, payment processor rules, card scheme standards, or any applicable law.

2. Creator Verification

Only verified creators are permitted to upload, publish or sell creator content on CentroFan.

Before being approved as a creator, you may be required to provide identity and age verification information, including but not limited to:

• Full legal name
• Date of birth
• Address or country of residence
• Government-issued photo identification
• Selfie or other identity confirmation
• Any additional information reasonably required by CentroFan

You agree that all information and documents submitted are genuine, accurate and belong to you.

CentroFan may request updated or additional verification at any time.

3. Adult Content and Age Requirements

CentroFan is an adult platform. You must ensure that every person depicted in any content you upload, sell, share or submit is at least 18 years old at the time the content was created.

You must not upload, sell, submit, describe, advertise, request, promote or otherwise make available any content involving minors, underage persons, child sexual abuse material, child exploitation material, or content that gives the impression of involving minors.

This includes, but is not limited to, titles, descriptions, usernames, captions, tags, profile text, marketing text and search terms.

4. Consent Requirements

You must have written consent from every person depicted in any content you upload, sell, share or submit to CentroFan.

This consent must specifically include:

• Consent to be depicted in the content
• Consent for the content to be uploaded to CentroFan
• Consent for the content to be publicly distributed, displayed, sold or made available through CentroFan
• Consent for the content to be downloaded where downloading is enabled or made available
• Consent for CentroFan and its service providers/payment processors to review the content where required for compliance purposes

You must keep these consent records and provide them to CentroFan upon request.

If you cannot provide valid consent records when requested, the content may be removed immediately and your creator account may be suspended or terminated.

5. Age and Identity Records for Persons Depicted

You must verify the age and identity of every person depicted in your content before uploading that content to CentroFan.

You must keep records showing that every person depicted was an adult aged 18 or over at the time the content was created.

These records may include government-issued identification or other reliable age and identity documentation.

You agree to provide these records to CentroFan upon request.

6. Co-Performer / Third-Party Content

If your content includes any person other than yourself, you are responsible for ensuring that each person:

• Is at least 18 years old
• Has provided valid written consent
• Has consented to the upload and distribution of the content on CentroFan
• Has consented to any paid access, public display or download features where applicable
• Can be verified through supporting documentation if requested

You must not upload content featuring another person unless you have the required consent and age/identity records for that person.

7. Prohibited Content

You must not upload, post, sell, stream, advertise, describe, request or otherwise make available any content that is illegal, harmful, non-consensual, exploitative, abusive or otherwise prohibited.

Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to:

• Content involving minors or anyone under 18
• Child sexual abuse material or child exploitation material
• Content that suggests, implies or appears to involve minors
• Non-consensual content
• Revenge pornography or intimate content shared without consent
• Content involving coercion, force, threats or exploitation
• Content involving human trafficking or sex trafficking
• Content involving physical abuse, sexual violence or forced sexual activity
• Content involving intoxicated, unconscious, sleeping or incapacitated persons
• Content involving incest, bestiality, necrophilia or illegal sexual activity
• Content involving extreme violence, serious injury or death
• Stolen, hacked, leaked or unauthorised content
• Content that violates another person’s privacy, copyright, trademark or other rights
• Content that promotes illegal services or illegal activity
• Content that violates Visa, Mastercard, Epoch or other payment processor standards

CentroFan may remove any content at its sole discretion where it believes the content may breach these rules.

8. Content Review and Removal

CentroFan may review, moderate, restrict, remove or disable access to any creator content at any time.

This may happen before or after publication.

CentroFan may remove content immediately if we believe it is illegal, non-consensual, underage, exploitative, abusive, trafficking-related, or otherwise in breach of these Creator Terms.

CentroFan may also suspend or terminate creator accounts and withhold or delay payouts where required for compliance, fraud prevention, chargeback risk, legal reasons, payment processor requirements or investigation of suspected violations.

9. Complaints and Content Removal Requests

Any person may report content that they believe is illegal, non-consensual, unauthorised, exploitative, abusive, underage, infringing or otherwise in breach of CentroFan’s rules.

CentroFan will review complaints and removal requests within seven business days.

Where a complaint involves illegal content, underage content, non-consensual content, exploitation, abuse, trafficking or another serious violation, CentroFan will prioritise the review and may remove the content immediately.

10. Appeals by Persons Depicted

Any person depicted in content may request removal or appeal the publication of content in which they appear.

If CentroFan receives such a request, we may ask the creator to provide proof of age, identity and written consent records for each person depicted.

If consent cannot be established, or if the person depicted demonstrates that consent is void under applicable law, CentroFan may remove the content immediately.

Where required by applicable standards, any dispute regarding consent may be referred to a neutral body for resolution.

11. Creator Responsibilities

As a creator, you are fully responsible for all content you upload, submit, sell, publish or make available through CentroFan.

You confirm that:

• You own the content or have all rights needed to upload and sell it
• All persons depicted are adults aged 18 or over
• All persons depicted have given valid written consent
• You can provide age, identity and consent records upon request
• Your content does not breach any law, regulation, platform rule, card scheme rule or payment processor standard
• Your content does not infringe any third-party rights
• Your profile, captions, descriptions, tags and marketing text are accurate and lawful

12. AI-Generated Content

CentroFan does not allow AI-generated adult content.

Creators must not upload, post, sell, request, advertise, distribute or otherwise make available any AI-generated adult content on CentroFan.

Prohibited AI-generated content includes, but is not limited to:

• AI-generated images, videos or audio
• Deepfake or face-swap content
• Synthetic or computer-generated adult content
• Digitally generated sexual content
• AI-generated content that imitates or resembles a real person
• AI-generated content involving fictional, animated or computer-generated persons
• AI-assisted adult content where AI has been used to create, alter, sexualise or manipulate the content

CentroFan may remove any AI-generated or suspected AI-generated content immediately.

Creators who upload, attempt to upload, request, sell or promote AI-generated adult content may have their content removed, creator access restricted, payouts withheld, and their account suspended or terminated.

13. Marketing and Profile Content

Creators must not use titles, captions, hashtags, usernames, descriptions, profile text, search terms, thumbnails, previews or marketing material that suggests or promotes:

• Underage content
• Non-consensual content
• Forced sexual activity
• Incest
• Trafficking
• Abuse
• Illegal activity
• Any content prohibited by CentroFan, Visa, Mastercard, Epoch or other payment processors

CentroFan may edit, restrict, remove or disable any profile or marketing content that breaches these rules.

14. Payments and Payouts

Creator earnings and payouts are subject to CentroFan’s payout rules, payment processor rules, refunds, chargebacks, fraud checks, compliance reviews and any applicable fees.

CentroFan may delay, withhold, reverse or cancel payouts where required due to suspected fraud, illegal content, prohibited content, user complaints, chargebacks, payment processor requirements or breach of these Creator Terms.

Platform fees and payment processing arrangements may be updated from time to time.

15. Payment Processor and Card Scheme Compliance

Creators must comply with all rules, requirements and standards imposed by CentroFan’s payment processors, acquiring banks, Visa, Mastercard and other payment schemes.

This includes adult content merchant standards relating to:

• Creator verification
• Age verification
• Consent records
• Prohibited content
• Complaint handling
• Content removal
• Anti-trafficking policies
• Access for compliance review

CentroFan may remove content, restrict accounts or request additional information to comply with these requirements.

16. Compliance Review Access

You agree that CentroFan may provide temporary access to restricted, paid or paywalled areas of the platform to payment processors, acquiring banks, card schemes, compliance reviewers, legal advisers or regulators where required for compliance review.

This access may include content behind a paywall or otherwise restricted to members.

17. Anti-Trafficking and Abuse Policy

CentroFan prohibits the use of the platform to promote, facilitate, support or profit from human trafficking, sex trafficking, coercion, physical abuse, exploitation or illegal sexual activity.

Any suspected trafficking, coercion, exploitation or abuse may result in immediate content removal, account suspension, account termination, payout withholding and reporting to appropriate authorities where required.

18. Record Keeping

You must keep all required age, identity, consent, rights and release records for content uploaded to CentroFan.

You must provide these records promptly if requested by CentroFan.

Failure to provide records may result in content removal, account suspension, termination and withholding of payouts.

19. Breach of Creator Terms

If you breach these Creator Terms, CentroFan may take action including but not limited to:

• Removing content
• Restricting uploads
• Suspending creator features
• Suspending or terminating your account
• Withholding or delaying payouts
• Cancelling subscriptions
• Reporting serious violations to payment processors or authorities
• Taking legal action where appropriate

20. Updates to These Creator Terms

CentroFan may update these Creator Terms from time to time.

Continued use of CentroFan as a creator after changes are posted means you accept the updated Creator Terms.
